I’m sure you missed us, but you probably needed some time to recover from our last party. So hopefully you’re ready to come out this Friday and join Black Oak Nights in a little pre-Spring jubilation as we look to get your March started off right.
As per usual, there is no cover charge if you tell the bouncer you are on the “Black Oak” list and you get there before the stroke of Midnight (with RSVP).
The mantra of the night may be “Simple & Sexy,” but there should be nothing simple about your wardrobe.

Ladies, come out with that usual energy that you all do, and make sure you’re dressed to impress, because Strata is turning away the ill-prepared. But I know that you all will come out and represent, as you always do, in your weekend best, and show them how the Black Oak Nights comes to party.
Fellas, we’re letting you in free before 12 (with RSVP), so you know that means you need to come dressed correct! I’m taking collard shirts, shoes, and a blazer if you’ve got one, and chances are, if you live in New York City then you’ve got a blazer.
Bring all of your friends, co-workers, and any young, black professionals you meet in the street to Strata this Friday, March 7th, 2008. We’ll have a couple of birthday parties going around, so hopefully you’ll be in the celebrating period at the end of the week. And if you aren’t, the boys of Black Oak Nights and Strata will do our best to make sure that your 9-5 is a distant memory by the end of the night!
