anyway, so why not make Thursday the “New Friday” a little ahead of time?

Come meet up with some of Manhattan’s best and brightest as they gather together at the ever so popular Harlem Lanes bowling area. This is your chance to chill with your friends in a sexy and upscale environment without uncomfortable and tight feeling of a bar or night club. On top of that, you can have some real fun. Thursday, July 17, 2008, 10:00 PM – This is the first night of this event and it is sure to be one of the best recurring parties this summer! Only the trendy and fashionable will get in the door at Colors, so make sure you show up ready to strut your stuff. Ladies are free until midnight, and guys are reduced. And if you get there early, they are serving 2 for 1 drinks from 10-11pm. So why is this called “KNetwork Thursdays?” Why else? There will be plenty of up and coming black professionals here, and they are all ready to talk shop, exchange business cards and meet new people. “Big Don’s Birthday Bash”
Thursday, July 17, 2008, Sol – 609 West 29th Street, New York, NY11:00 PM – Big Don seems to be doing it big this Thursday. Really it’s just him and some friends celebrating his birthday, but I thought I’d offer him some love since he and his group will be at the sensual Sol night club… a place we at Black Oak Nights have come to truly enjoy.
